'How our mind relates to something and how this can influence stress.'

Venerable Geshe Jamyang Tsultrim was born in 1974 in Tibet. GesheLa entered the monastery at the age of thirteen. When GesheLa was 18 he completed his basic studies.

 

In 1994, GesheLa came to India and continued his studies at Sera Mey University Monastery.

 

Since 2005, GesheLa has been participating in scientific workshops and classes organized by Emory University in the Sera Mey University Monastery. 

2011- 2016: Geshe Lharampa doctorate (equivalent to doctorate in Buddhist philosophy) completed during the 2016 Ceremonial Debates exam.

 

In 2018, he obtained a tantric degree from Gyudme Tantric College, Tibetan Settlement, Hunsur, Karnataka, India

 

GesheLa taught Buddhist philosophy and Tibetan calligraphy in high schools in India. 

 

Since 2019, GesheLa has been an editor at Monlam Tibetan IT Research Center in Dharamsala, India.
